Uniting Vic. Tas in Ballarat is seeking a Mental Health & Wellbeing Clinician to hold a caseload within a Step-Up/Step-Down model, supporting psychosocial recovery and skill development for consumers.
You will collaborate with EIPSR Peer support workers and Grampians Health clinicians, families and carers to promote recovery, wellbeing and community participation in Ballarat and surrounding areas.
