Uniting Age Well in Tasmania is seeking a Home Care Worker Team Leader to provide statewide leadership to our Home Care Worker workforce across Southern, Northern and North-West Tasmania.
Based in Rosny and supported by regional mentors, you will lead a team of approximately 84 workers delivering essential services to older Tasmanians daily, with a six-month fixed-term contract and a Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm schedule plus induction period.
