Responsibilities
- Schedule system request prompts for customer.
- Verify that a current contract and approved payment method are on file prior to confirming any field activity.
- Review the audit list and identify suppliers that have not received an audit evaluation within the past three years. Issue audit selection notifications as required.
- Schedule audit evaluations for self-release suppliers and maintain the audit database to ensure records remain current.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for Field Resources traveling on behalf of customer when needed
- Continual communication with Field Resources regarding compliance
- Back up Program Coordinator when out
- Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Program Manager
Requirements
- Must be detail oriented
- Must have strong MS Office experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with follow-up and and follow-through ability
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have the ability to change priorities and multi-task

- The preferred candidate would be detail oriented with good computer skills and a background in manufacturing quality.
Training will be provided on the system applications that are used and the process for reviewing the documentation provided by the suppliers.
