A core part of this role is helping partners evolve their offerings and skills to align with the future of the company's Autonomous CRM, adapted for regional nuances.
Based in Sydney, this role sits on the Global Partnerships team and works closely with APAC regional and cross-functional leaders to deliver high-impact enablement that prepares partners for the future.
This is a player-coach role: you will operate hands-on in the field, contributing to content creation while also setting strategy, influencing roadmap priorities, and mentoring a growing APAC enablement team.
What You'll Do
- APAC Partner Enablement Strategy & Execution: Define and execute the company's APAC partner enablement strategy, aligned to top company priorities and regional growth goals.
- Regional Growth & Expansion: Support continued impact and optimization of partnerships in Australia & New Zealand, while driving scalable playbooks for the rest of APAC.
- Platform Enablement: Enable APAC partners to confidently position, sell, and execute across the company's Autonomous CRM platform.
- Cross-Functional Engagement: Work closely with various teams to execute the APAC enablement strategy, ensuring regional needs are represented in global planning.
- APJ Enablement Vision & Strategic Leadership: Orchestrate a unified APJ enablement strategy that prioritizes partner health maturity and establishes clear development paths.
- Measurement & Impact: Drive measurable outcomes including increased partner-sourced pipeline and platform adoption through partners.
