2:1 Roster | Iluka Eneabba Rare Earths Refinery | Bus-In, Bus-Out from Perth
Help Build Australia's First Fully Integrated Rare Earths Refinery. Unite Resourcing are recruiting a crew of 20 Intermediate and Advanced Riggers for the construction of Iluka's Eneabba Rare Earths Refinery, 10km south of Eneabba in WA's Mid West. When it's complete, it will be Australia's first fully integrated rare earths refinery. It's a landmark project for the country's critical minerals industry, producing the materials that go into electric vehicles, wind turbines and modern electronics.
We're looking for the best in WA to do it.
Why This Project?
Serious Hours, Serious Earnings:
- You’ll work 11.5-hour days, 6am to 6pm, seven days a week while you’re on swing. That’s around 80 hours a week, with the overtime that comes with it.
- Public Holiday Rate: $122.88hr - $128.25hr
- Base Pay rate: Between $63.38hr - $66.13hr, plus overtime
- Overtime rate after 8 hours: $75.25hr - $78.55hr
- Overtime rate after 10 hours: $99.00hr - $103.40hr
A Roster That Works:
- 14 days on, 7 days off (2:1)
- Your first swing is 13 days: bus in on a Friday morning and home the following Thursday
- No Flights. No Airport Queues. A coach takes you from Perth to site and back again every swing.
Real Rigging on a Major Build:
This is ground-up construction. You’ll be part of the structural, mechanical and piping installation across a brand-new processing plant, working with crane crews on genuine, technical lifts. It’s the kind of project that sharpens your skills and stands out on your resume.

We're Looking For Riggers Who:
- Hold an Intermediate or Advanced Rigging high risk work licence (RI or RA)
- Have proven construction rigging experience, ideally on major projects or processing plants
- Take safety seriously, every lift, every day
- Take ownership and work well as part of a big crew
- Are reliable, switched on and ready for long days
- Want ongoing work with a business that will keep them busy
You’ll also need:
- Construction White Card
- Current Australian driver's licence (C class minimum)
- Full Australian working rights
- The ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test
