Join us as a Customer Service Coordinator and become the face of our community.
As the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, supportive, and memorable living experience.
No two days are the same.
From assisting residents with enquiries and coordinating solutions to supporting move‑ins and community initiatives, you'll build meaningful relationships while ensuring every interaction is positive, professional, and efficient.
At a glance, you will
- Deliver outstanding customer service to residents, tenants, and visitors, creating a welcoming and positive experience.
- Build strong relationships with residents and proactively assist with enquiries relating to accommodation, wellbeing, and day‑to‑day living.
- Coordinate smooth resident arrivals, departures, inspections, and leasing administration.
- Partner with maintenance, cleaning, security, and contractor teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Support the day‑to‑day operation of the property through administration, mail management, and reception duties.
Skills & Experience
- Previous customer service, reception, hospitality, retail, or front office experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and positive approach to problem‑solving.
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
- A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (or willingness to obtain).
- Availability to work 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
