The company is seeking Education & Migration Consultants to join teams in Melbourne and Sydney. This role combines client consultation, education guidance, migration support, and sales responsibilities within a professional service environment. The position is suited to candidates with sales experience who can guide clients through education and migration processes while building long-term relationships.
Consultants will work closely with clients to understand their goals and recommend suitable study programs and visa pathways.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive information and guidance to clients on education and migration options
- Conduct detailed consultations to understand each client’s background, needs, and objectives
- Recommend suitable programs and visa options tailored to individual clients
- Assist clients with application processes, including document preparation and submission
- Maintain effective communication and long-term relationships with clients throughout the service process
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive client acquisition and conversion
- Stay informed about current education and migration policies and industry trends
Requirements:
- Valid visa with work rights in Australia
- Australian permanent residency or citizenship preferred
- Experience in education or migration services highly regarded
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish and maintain client trust
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Familiarity with education and migration processes, regulations, and visa
- Fluent English and Mandarin language skills
- Passion for providing professional guidance to clients
- QEAC or MARA certification is an advantage
