Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards, policies, and procedures.
- Develop, implement, and review individualised care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Lead, support, coach, and mentor nursing and care teams to deliver exceptional resident care.
- Monitor clinical performance and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure safe, compassionate, and person-centred care is consistently delivered.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise resident health and wellbeing outcomes.
- Support accreditation, clinical governance, and risk management processes.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a clinical leadership, care manager, or management position.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and support clinical teams.
- Strong knowledge of aged care standards, accreditation requirements, and clinical governance.
- Experience driving quality improvement and achieving positive resident outcomes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Postgraduate qualifications in Aged Care or a related field will be highly regarded.
Mandatory Requirements
- Current National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (as required).
- Evidence of relevant vaccinations in line with organisational requirements.
- Ability to meet pre-employment screening requirements.
