Uncle Tetsu's Japanese Cheesecake Shop is looking for a Pastry Cook to manage and operate pastry production lines, maintain product quality, and implement food safety procedures. You will be responsible for planning and developing recipes, hiring and training new pastry cooks, and recording and managing inventory of raw materials, packages and kitchen equipment.
