The opportunity Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time Team Leader for The Vue Restaurant at Mindil Beach Casino Resort. As a Restaurant Team Leader, you will drive superior customer service and motivate our food and beverage teams. What you will do?
- Lead the team by example with a hands-on approach.
- Oversee day-to-day bar and restaurant management.
- Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards for food and beverage operations.
- Train and develop team members.
- Monitor weekly inventory and handle F&B marketing/promotions.
More about you Previous experience in managing or supervising a bar or restaurant. Knowledge of licensed premises management requirements. Extensive understanding of liquor, bartending, and service protocols. Knowledge of HACCP requirements. Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and Responsible Service of Gambling certificate. Able to work across a 7-day roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
