LONG DESCRIPTION The Role The Health & Fitness Instructor role requires you to be customer focused at all times and use your industry expertise and training to provide exceptional service to our members in a professional and timely manner. Duties
- Drive engagement by using member retention tools and providing exceptional customer service.
- Deliver premium group training sessions, gym inductions, provide members with advice, and enforce gym etiquette.
- Perform cleaning duties as required, report maintenance issues, and complete administration tasks via CRM software.
- Assist with member enquiries and escalating complaints where necessary.
- Available for opening, closing, and weekend shifts.
Skills & experience Certificate IV in Fitness or recognised tertiary education equivalent. Demonstrated experience as a Fitness Instructor with a proven ability for high-level exercise prescription and small group training. Additional accreditation in specialised programming/training desirable but not essential. Exercise Professional Registration. This role requires a Working with Children Check, current First Aid & CPR. Applicants must have the right to work in Australia.
