About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP Success Factors Recruiting & Onboarding Functional Consultant with strong hands‑on expertise in Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding 2.0.
The successful candidate will be responsible for solution design, configuration, end‑to‑end implementations, integrations and post‑go‑live support.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end‑to‑end implementations of Success Factors Recruiting Management and Onboarding 2.0.
- Configure job requisitions, candidate profiles, applications, offers, applicant statuses and Position Management integrations.
- Design and configure onboarding workflows, business rules, forms and compliance processes.
- Manage integrations and data flows across Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central and third‑party systems.
- Configure RCM data models, Recruiting Posting, job boards and employer branding features.
- Support integrations using OData APIs, REST/SOAP services, Integration Center and Intelligent Services.
- Develop ad hoc and Story Reports, troubleshoot system issues, and support testing, deployment and hypercare.
- Required Skills & Experience
- 6–8 years of relevant SAP Success Factors experience, with at least two end‑to‑end implementations in Recruiting and Onboarding.
- Strong hands‑on expertise in Success Factors Recruiting Management and Onboarding 2.0.
- Experience with RCM configuration, onboarding business rules, compliance forms and cross‑module integrations.
- Knowledge of third‑party integrations, e‑signature solutions such as Docu Sign or Adobe Sign, and data synchronisation.
- Experience working across multiple business units, legal entities and complex onboarding environments.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
- SAP Success Factors Recruiting and Onboarding certifications.
- Success Factors Onboarding 2.0 certification.
- Experience with Form I‑9 and US‑specific onboarding compliance.
- Certification or experience in additional Success Factors modules
