The Australian Government Career Starter Program is a 12-month, full-time, permanent APS1 role designed for graduates of 2025 or 2026. You study toward a Certificate IV in Government or Human Resource Management while you work, with a dedicated supervisor and team to support your development.
The program offers networking events across government and the opportunity to advance to APS2 after successful completion.
