Exciting new opportunity for a Casual Beauty Therapist for our Sydney City Counter Team in David Jones! 15-25 hours per week
About the Role
Our Sydney City counter is in the heart of Sydney CBD is the number one flagship store in the Country, offering an exciting and dynamic opportunity to join our welcoming, supportive and professional Ultraceuticals Team. After completing a refurbishment only a couple of years ago, we are the only Ultra counter with two dedicated Beauty rooms, allowing us to offer exclusive advanced treatments, that aren't performed at any of our other counters.
As an Ultra Beauty Therapist, you will be providing clients with the highest level of customer service and education, conduct quality beauty treatments as well as meeting KPIs and sales targets whilst being up to date with new products and changes in the industry.
We are looking for someone who can work autonomously, is highly self-motivated and has experience, preferably in a department store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide client advice, education and consultation on Ultraceuticals products
Maintain the highest level of product knowledge
Deliver excellent customer service in line with Ultraceuticals service model
Recommend suitable Ultraceuticals products and treatments to target client concerns and needs
Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs
Conduct Ultraceuticals treatments onsite
Be an exceptional Ultraceuticals Brand ambassador

Track record in achieving sales targets and meeting and exceeding KPIs
Exceptional customer service ability
Positive attitude and self-motivation, with a passion to achieve sales targets
Ability to work weekends, public holidays and late-night trade according to the business needs
Experience and understanding of cosmeceutical grade products and treatments would be advantageous

Please Note: A Beauty Therapist Certificate IV or Diploma qualification is required for this position as professional recommendations and beauty room treatments are key points of difference for Ultraceuticals.
