Registered Architect to join its Sydney studio.

Our client works across commercial, residential and community projects, with a strong focus on creating thoughtful, functional spaces that deliver lasting value for the people who use them.

With a collaborative approach to design and a close-knit team culture, this is an opportunity to join a practice where people, relationships and quality architecture are genuinely valued.

We're looking for an Architect who enjoys being involved in the detail.

Someone who can confidently contribute to design, documentation and project delivery, work closely with consultants and clients, and take ownership of their work.

The Role

This is a hands-on position offering exposure to a variety of projects and the opportunity to contribute across multiple stages of the architectural process.

You'll work alongside an experienced team, balancing creative design thinking with the technical expertise needed to bring projects to life.

  • Your responsibilities will include
  • Contribute to architectural projects from concept design through to construction.
  • Prepare and coordinate detailed architectural documentation.
  • Develop design solutions that balance creativity, functionality and buildability.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors and project stakeholders.
  • Assist with planning approvals, regulatory requirements and project compliance.
  • Resolve technical detailing and construction challenges.
  • Participate in client meetings, design reviews and project coordination.
  • Support project delivery to ensure design intent is maintained throughout construction.

About You

We're looking for a capable, well-rounded Architect who enjoys the practical side of architecture just as much as the creative process.

Ideally, you'll bring

  • Current registration as an Architect in NSW, or eligibility for registration.
  • Experience working within an Australian architectural practice.
  • Exposure to commercial, residential or community-focused projects.
  • Strong design development and technical documentation skills.
  • Confidence working with consultants and coordinating project information.
  • A sound understanding of Australian building codes, regulations and construction methods.
  • Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Above all, we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving design challenges and wants to be part of a studio that values both its people and its projects.

Why Consider This Opportunity?

Salary up to $120,000 + Super , depending on experience.

Diverse project portfolio spanning commercial, residential and community developments.

Hands-on involvement across design, documentation and delivery.

People-focused design philosophy , with an emphasis on creating spaces that have lasting value.

Collaborative studio culture where ideas, input and teamwork are encouraged.

Opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects within a design-focused Sydney practice.
