UGL's Victoria Operations is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead delivery across electricity networks, maintenance, construction, outages and upgrades from Melbourne depots. Reporting to the General Manager, you will act as 2IC and drive performance, safety and client satisfaction across multiple contracts.
You will manage a blue-collar workforce, own P&L, budgeting and staffing, and partner with the national Utilities O&M leadership to execute growth plans through 2029.
