Join a leading engineering and infrastructure business delivering major projects across Australia. This is an opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator to step into a varied, fast-paced role supporting project delivery teams across multiple concurrent workstreams.

About the Role

Reporting into the project delivery team, you will work closely with engineers, design managers, project managers, clients, and stakeholders to keep projects moving. You will play a central role in coordinating project administration, managing deliverables, supporting engineering teams, and ensuring critical project documentation is prepared, reviewed, and submitted accurately and on time. Working across multiple projects and stakeholders, you will help drive project outcomes by maintaining visibility of deliverables, coordinating competing priorities, and ensuring teams are set up for successful delivery. You'll be someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can manage changing priorities, and isn't afraid to follow up and drive outcomes when deadlines are approaching. This position would suit a proactive professional who enjoys building strong working relationships and takes genuine ownership of their work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project administration activities across multiple projects and workstreams.
  • Support engineering teams with the preparation, review, and submission of project deliverables.
  • Review documentation for quality, completeness, and accuracy before client issue.
  • Submit and track project documents using document control software.
  • Track actions, commitments, and upcoming deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain visibility across project activities and proactively identify upcoming priorities.
  • Liaise with project teams, engineering managers, senior stakeholders, and clients.
  • Facilitate and support meetings, including tracking actions and following up outstanding items.
  • Drive accountability and follow through to obtain information required for project submissions.
  • Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced project environment.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous experience in project administration, project coordination and document control, or similar project support roles, preferably within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction environment.
  • Exposure to construction, engineering, infrastructure, manufacturing, or other project delivery-focused environments.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and document quality control capabilities.
  • Confidence communicating with stakeholders at all levels, including clients and senior leaders.
  • The ability to work independently and take ownership without requiring constant direction.
  • A proactive approach and the confidence to challenge delays or unclear ownership where required.
  • Experience using systems such as Bluebeam Revu, TeamBinder, ProjectWise, SharePoint, or similar project management platforms.
  • A positive, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset.

Why Join Us?

  • Join a well-established business with a strong pipeline of ongoing projects.
  • Work in a diverse role supporting major engineering and infrastructure projects.
  • Become a valued member of a collaborative and high-performing project team.
  • Gain exposure to a variety of projects and stakeholders across the business.
  • Enjoy long-term career stability and opportunities for professional growth.
  • Take ownership of a key function and play an integral role in successful project delivery.
