Responsibilities:
- You will be an essential link between our services and potential clients.
- Reporting to the Director, your key responsibility will be to primarily identify and generate new business opportunities, as well as account management and customer satisfaction.
- This position will suit someone who excels in a fast-paced environment.
Additional responsibilities:
- Client Outreach: Connecting with potential new clients through various channels, including phone, email, and site visits.
- Consultative Selling: Engaging with clients to understand their needs and tailoring our services to meet their specific requirements.
- Building Relationships: Nurturing client relationships and maintaining regular contact to ensure their satisfaction and address any queries.
- Achieving Targets: Meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications:
- Track record to achieve KPI’s and targets regularly
- 5 years experience in a similar sales role
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to build and foster professional relationships
- Bookkeeping and accounting background preferable
- Knowledge of HubSpot CRM preferable
Requirements to Deliver:
- Meet the minimum age to deliver in your city
- Have a valid driver’s license in your name if delivering by car, scooter, or motorbike
- Valid proof of ID
- Complete the Impairment Education module
- Consent to a background check
- Setup an Australian Business Number (ABN)
- For delivering by bike, take the bicycle safety test
