You will lead day-shift production, drive practical improvements and work hands-on with teams to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
You will balance production delivery with structured problem-solving, trials and sustained operational improvements, reporting to the Production Manager.
This role is facility-based and focused on on-floor leadership and tangible results.
