Tyro Payments is seeking a Customer Support Agent for our Strategic Accounts Support team. You will be the primary contact for high-value merchants, delivering exceptional phone and written support while collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide a differentiated White Glove experience.
You'll work Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm with the flexibility to work from home or the CBD office, supported by a training program.
