Tyres & More Hemmant is looking for an experienced, motivated and organised Store Manager to join our growing team.
If you have experience in the automotive or tyre industry, enjoy leading a team, managing daily operations and delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you!
You’ll be responsible for:
Overseeing the day-to-day store operations
Managing front counter and customer service
Supervising and coordinating workshop bookings
Preparing and overseeing tyre, wheel and automotive quotes
Answering customer enquiries and handling phone calls
Managing staff and coordinating daily workloads
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Looking after fleet and business customers
Managing stock, ordering and supplier relationships
Processing invoices and general administration
Ensuring the workshop and front counter run efficiently
Maintaining a professional and welcoming environment
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous management or supervisory experience
Has automotive or tyre industry knowledge
Has strong leadership and communication skills
Is organised and can manage multiple priorities
Can confidently manage staff and daily operations
Is reliable, motivated and takes pride in their work
Can work independently and as part of a team
Has good computer and administration skills
Experience in the tyre, wheel or mechanical industry will be highly regarded.
