They are looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to join their team.
About the Role:
- Process end to end payroll efficiently and in a timely manner using large payroll systems
- Opportunity to make process improvements
- Understand and perform super and tax calculations
- Have the ability to interpret complex EBA's and Awards
- Liaison with external stakeholders and third-party providers
- Answer payroll queries when necessary
- Process leave calculations including maternity, annual and sick leave
Skills and Experience
- Experience processing end to end payroll
- Experience working with a large ERP system
- Experience with a Time & Attendance system is also highly regarded
- Exceptional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with interpreting awards, EBA's etc.
- Experience with payroll calculations, including backpays, terminations, redundancies.
