TwoScots Recruitment is partnering with a global organisation to recruit a Global Payroll Officer. Based in a fantastic Melbourne CBD office, this opportunity offers exposure to international payroll within a professional corporate environment.
Working closely with a friendly and supportive Payroll Manager, you will support a small volume, monthly payroll for salaried employees across multiple countries.
Work from home two days per week.

$90,000 + super + bonus.
Responsibilities Include
- Coordinate and process monthly payroll across international locations.
- Prepare and validate payroll inputs, including new starters, salary changes, leave and terminations.
- Liaise with overseas payroll providers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Complete payroll reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate employee records across payroll and HR systems.
- Respond to employee payroll queries professionally and promptly.
- Support payroll reporting, audits and process improvements.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience processing end-to-end payroll.
- International payroll exposure will be highly regarded.
- Strong attention to detail and confidence completing reconciliations.
- Sound Excel skills and the ability to learn new systems.
- Clear communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Strong organisation and the ability to manage monthly deadlines.
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to develop your global payroll knowledge.
