Twelve Apostles Cafe, located along the Great Ocean Road in Victoria, is seeking a founding Head Chef to build and lead the BOH team for a 228-seat cafe, gelato bar and kiosk inside the Visitor Experience Centre. You will own the kitchen, menu development, food safety systems and supplier relationships, delivering high-volume, quality dining.
Ideal candidates have a Diploma in Commercial Cookery, 5+ years of leadership in high-volume hospitality, and the ability to work weekends and peak tourism
