Tutt Bryant Group is seeking an Equipment Sales Manager to lead the NSW sales team for construction and earthmoving equipment. The role is based at Chester Hill with a relocation to Narellan planned in 2026, and reports to the State Manager.
You will drive daily operations, forecast and budgets, and customer growth. The successful candidate will possess deep industry knowledge, strong negotiation and CRM skills, and a proven ability to lead a team in a multi‐franchise environment.
