TURS - COFFS HARBOUR seeks an experienced Youth Homelessness Intake and Early Response Worker to join the Families Young People and Communities team. You will be the welcoming first point of contact for people who are homeless or at risk, manage intake and referral pathways, and undertake initial assessments and risk screening.
The role ensures eligibility and priority determination and redirects people to appropriate services, while supporting records, reporting and brokerage administration.
