Job Description
- Provide scheduling services across diverse Building projects.
- Conduct Pre-baseline reviews of contractor’s programmes to check adherence to the required contractual requirements and industry standard scheduling practices.
- Prepare progress update reports and highlight key schedule risks and opportunities to the clients.
- Recommend corrective action and create acceleration programmes in case of major delays.
- Conduct delay analysis and assist the Senior Scheduler in delay claims management.
- Arrange meetings with multiple client-side stakeholders to understand their inputs and deliverables during the project and create an Integrated Master Works Programme including all these dependencies linked to Main Contractor’s programme.
Qualifications
- ertiary degree, preferably in one of the following disciplines - Engineering, Construction, Building or Project Management or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Scheduler / Planner on Building projects. Data Center projects are highly desirable
- Proficient in MS Project and Primavera P6.
- Candidates with prior on-site working experience on construction projects will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the end-to-end construction processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
