The Role: Admin Operations Support This role will support the team across imports, inventory administration and sales support. You will be trained across all areas of the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Organise delivery times with customers and assist with scheduling runs for drivers
- Respond to customer service enquiries and assist with issue resolution
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and warehouse staff
