Trusted Energy Solutions is expanding and we're looking for an experienced Solar & Battery-Qualified Solar Electrician to step into a full-time leadership role leading a crew across residential and commercial projects. This role suits a motivated electrician who takes pride in quality installs, safety, and leading by example.
About the Role
- Full-time, ongoing position - with a 4 day working week option.
- Lead and supervise a solar & battery installation crew.
- Install, commission, and fault-find solar PV and battery systems.
- Ensure all work complies with Australian Standards and safety requirements.
- Maintain high workmanship, safety, and site presentation.
- Work across the Gold Coast and Brisbane regions.
Essential Requirements
- Queensland Electrical Licence.
- Current Manual Driver's Licence.
- Proven leadership ability (experience leading or supervising a crew).
Desirable (Not Essential)
- PV system design and installation experience.
- Battery system design and installation experience.
- White Card.
- Working at Heights.
- CPR / LVR.
