Job Description
- What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting customers to identify and source the correct truck and trailer parts
- Providing outstanding customer service and technical support
- Processing sales, orders and warranty claims
- Using parts catalogues and systems to find solutions quickly and accurately
- Supporting inventory, warehousing and dispatch activities when required
- Working closely with branch team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Building strong relationships with customers across the transport industry
Qualifications
We welcome applications from candidates with
- Parts Interpreter experience
- Heavy vehicle, trucking or transport industry experience
- Diesel mechanic or heavy vehicle technician backgrounds
- Agricultural machinery experience
- Automotive parts or service experience
- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn
You'll also bring

- Previous truck or trailer parts experience
