Truck Tech is seeking a Regional Human Resources Business Partner (VIC) to support our Dandenong and Sunshine West branches with regular travel between them. You will partner with leaders to strengthen workforce capability, engage teams and ensure compliance across the employee lifecycle.
Reporting to the Chief People and Risk Officer, you will lead HR projects, drive continuous improvement and help scale HR practices as the business grows, shaping how we manage people and culture across.
