Truck & Barrow is seeking an experienced Asphalt Paving Labourer to join our team in Ravenhall, Victoria. This is a Full-time Position with a 6 month probation.
Multiple roles available such as:
- Paver Operator
- Roller/Multi Operator
- Skid Steer Operator
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the asphalt laying process by operating machinery such as Roller & Multi, Skid Steer or Paver and tools to prepare and finish asphalt surfaces.
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of asphalt materials and equipment.
- Undertaking general labouring duties as required to ensure efficient and safe job completion.
- Adhering to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as an Asphalt Labourer or similar role in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of asphalt laying techniques and the use of associated tools and equipment.
- Ability to perform physical labour and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to workplace health and safety.
