About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and organised Warehouse Office Assistant to join a busy warehouse team in Richlands! This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys staying busy, keeping things organised and working in a fast-paced environment. You'll help coordinate incoming containers, communicate with drivers and keep warehouse paperwork running smoothly. If you're adaptable, good at juggling priorities and enjoy a varied workday, this could be the role for you!
Your Duties
- Booking in containers and coordinating arrivals
- Communicating with truck drivers regarding arrivals and departures
- Managing transport changes and adjusting to shifting priorities
- Checking off receivals stock and ensuring paperwork is passed on to the office
- Assisting with general warehouse administration and ad hoc duties
