Tropical Plant Rentals is seeking a hands-on Leading Hand to support Indoor Plant Technicians, Nursery staff and the Installations team. You will lead a team of plant maintenance staff across nursery and commercial sites, manage daily service schedules, and ensure work is performed safely, efficiently and to high standards.
Role requires 5+ years in horticulture with at least 2 years in leadership; you'll mentor staff, coordinate with the Operations scope, and uphold quality and client service
