What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee a portfolio of housing properties, from allocations and inspections to rent and arrears
- Support tenants through every step of their housing journey, promoting independence and wellbeing
- Organise property maintenance and liaise with contractors to keep homes safe and functional
- Ensure tenancy processes run smoothly and compliantly, addressing feedback with care and professionalism

Who You Are
You're empathetic, organised, and resilient, with a genuine passion for helping people secure safe housing. You can balance supporting clients while keeping a practical eye on property management. An ideal candidate will have not only experience with real estate, but the passion to help people as well.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Current driver's licence
- Minimum 3 years' experience in tenancy or housing management
- Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act is a bonus
