The Opportunity
As Assistant Store Manager, you'll work alongside the Store Manager to drive sales, inspire the team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
You'll step up to lead the store in the Store Leader's absence, making this the perfect role for someone ready to grow into store leadership.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the Store Leader to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Leading the store with confidence when the Store Leader is away
- Coaching and motivating team members on the floor to deliver outstanding customer service
- Helping train new team members and contributing to team development
- Maintaining brand standards through visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation
- Assisting with day-to-day operations, including rosters, stock processes, and opening and closing
