About the Role
Trojan Recruitment Group is seeking experienced Pick Packers to join our client’s busy location in Yennora. Our client is a leading third-party logistics (3PL) provider delivering warehousing and distribution solutions for a wide range of well-known brands.

Shift Times: Monday to Friday, commencing between 6am to 9am
Key duties and responsibilities
- Picking and packing orders accurately to meet daily targets
- Using RF scanners to process orders and track stock
- Labelling products and shipments
- Performing quality checks to ensure orders are correct and damage-free
- Manual handling and general warehouse duties, including keeping work areas clean and safe
Key requirements:
- At least 1 year of pick packing experience using RF scanners
- Ability to consistently achieve a KPI of 98 picks per hour
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is highly regarded
- Must have reliable transport and a commitment to the role
- Must be able to work Monday to Friday and weekends
- Flexibility to start shifts between 6:00am and 9:00am
