Trippas White Group in Sydney is seeking an experienced IT Support Officer to maintain and secure our IT systems across hospitality venues, offices and remote sites. Reporting to the IT Director, you will deliver technical support, troubleshoot issues and contribute to improving service delivery for internal users.
You will manage user onboarding/offboarding, assist with Microsoft 365, Active Directory and network connectivity, and work with vendors to implement practical IT solutions.
