Trippas White Group is seeking an experienced Casual Functions Supervisor for our Melbourne CBD catering team.
The role focuses on delivering excellent service across evening events, from sandwiches to sit-down dinners, while maintaining high food quality and service standards.
Reporting to the FOH Manager, you will lead event operations, coach staff, ensure RSA compliance, and collaborate to meet client expectations.
This is a casual, evening-focused position with a Monday–Friday roster.
