Provide functional support for projects and be accountable for the projects team performance and productivity. Lead the project management team to ensure they meet client expectations. Contribute and implement the overall strategic direction of Trinity Facades.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the project strategy with Construction Manager
- Work to all agreed business objectives, including revenue, profit, reputation, client satisfaction, safety, employee engagement and development
- Monitor all current and future projects
- Develop a timeline for the completion of certain milestones for all projects
- Monitor project costs in order to ensure projects meet budgetary requirements
- Develop and maintain project management systems and procedures
- Review all post-projects reviews are completed and analyse ways to deliver an improved service to our clients
- Ensure the operational business practices, procedures and activities are efficient and effective for departments to fulfil the requirements of their roles
- Commercial management of the project team
- Review scope of work of projects at pre-contract stage
