About you
We are looking for someone who brings more than just qualifications — someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and being part of a team. Our ideal candidate will have:
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- A genuine passion for working with children
- A positive, enthusiastic and proactive attitude
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Confidence in supporting children's learning and daily routines
- A willingness to help, take initiative and support colleagues
- Reliability, kindness and a strong work ethic
- A current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one before commencing)
