We are currently seeking Cleaning Operatives to join our team at a premium retail site in Townsville. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality daily cleaning services while maintaining a strong customer service focus in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Hold an unrestricted Driver’s Licence and have access to a reliable vehicle
- Good availability throughout the week, including weekends
About You:
- High level of personal presentation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Strong mobility and ability to be on your feet for extended periods
- Positive, friendly attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
- Previous experience in floor care, including stripping and sealing, is highly regarded but not essential.
