- Friday & Saturday: 1930–0130
- Full-Time | Capalaba Central – Two-Week Rotating Roster
- Week 1
- Monday, Tuesday & Sunday: 0730–1800
- Friday & Saturday: 0730–1930
- Week 2
- Wednesday & Thursday: 0730–1800
- Casual | Multiple Retail Sites
Casual officers will have the opportunity to work across retail centres including, but not limited to:
- Cleveland Central
- Victoria Point
- Capalaba Central
- Capalaba Park
Shifts and sites will vary based on operational requirements, officer availability and location.
What You'll Do
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service
- Maintain a visible presence to deter theft and promote a safe environment
- Patrol retail areas and monitor CCTV for suspicious activity
- Respond to incidents, emergencies and medical situations
- Apply First Aid and CPR when required
- Manage access to restricted areas and loading docks
- Handle conflicts calmly using effective de-escalation techniques
- Prepare accurate incident reports and security logs
What We're Looking For
- Current QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control Function
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional presentation and high integrity
- Reliability and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work across a retail trading roster
- Driver's Licence and reliable transport preferred for casual roles
