Retail Cleaning Operative – Australia Fair Shopping Centre
We are currently seeking Casual Cleaning Operatives to join our team at a premium retail site at Southport QLD.
The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality daily cleaning services while maintaining a strong customer service focus in a fast-paced retail environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Hold a Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Available to work most weekdays and Weekends

- High level of personal presentation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Strong mobility and ability to be on your feet for extended periods
- Positive, friendly attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in using a carpark sweeper is highly regarded but not essential.
