Key Responsibilities
- Prepping fresh ingredients to recipe and portion standards
- Executing dishes efficiently and consistently during busy service periods
- Following recipes and maintaining consistent food quality and presentation
- Assisting with stock preparation, labelling, storage and rotation
- Monitoring food quality and reporting any issues to the senior kitchen team
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Following food safety guidelines at all times
