We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Train Operators. As a Train Operator, you will play a key role in providing safe and enjoyable train rides for our guests, while ensuring a magical experience that exceeds their expectations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Safely operating the Big Pineapple train according to established procedures and guidelines;
- Assisting guests with boarding and disembarking trains, ensuring a smooth and efficient process;
- Enthusiastically engaging with guests, providing friendly assistance and answering any questions they may have;
- Monitoring train operations and ride conditions to maintain safety and efficiency;
- Performing routine inspections and maintenance tasks on trains and related equipment;
- Responding promptly to guest concerns or emergencies, providing assistance and following appropriate protocols;
- Upholding the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and guest service at all times;
- Maintaining exceptional personal presentation.
