Keep our fleet moving. Keep our operations thriving. TRG Transport Solutions is looking for a proactive, organised Fleet & Equipment Officer to take ownership of our maintenance program and keep our trucks, trailers and equipment running at their best, working closely with the Operations Manager.

What you'll do:
- Drive a safe workplace that adheres to all WHS policies and procedures
- Manage the maintenance scheduled for TRG fleet and equipment
- Prepare and manage maintenance schedule in accordance with accreditation and business requirements
- Coordinating repairs and fault requests
- Maintenance plan delivered in accordance with NHVR accreditation
- Periodic checks, audits, documentation and permits
- Managing vehicle lists, registrations and documentation
- Supplier liaison and negotiation
- Daily truck and trailer allocation
- Facility maintenance
About You:
- Strong planning, organisation and time‑management skills
- Confident communicator who can juggle priorities
- MS Office capability and sharp attention to detail
- A practical, solutions‑focused mindset
- Cert III in Logistics Administration (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential
