Trend Windows & Doors, based at our Ormeau facility in Queensland, is seeking a Senior Commercial Estimator to drive commercial project quoting for high-end architectural homes, townhouse developments, multi-res units, aged care and education facilities. You will review plans, perform take-offs to code requirements, coordinate with Sales, Technical and Project teams, and prepare accurate proposals.
Proficiency with SAP, CAD/Draftsight, Excel and Outlook, plus strong communication, organisation
