This is a hands-on leadership role where you will supervise a small crew, ensure works are completed safely and efficiently, and maintain high standards of quality while contributing to the growth of Sydney's urban forest.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a tree planting crew.
- Coordinate daily planting activities and ensure works are completed to specification.
- Operate and maintain company vehicles, tools and equipment.
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture.
- Deliver high-quality customer service when interacting with members of the public and clients.
Requirements
- Certificate III in Horticulture.
- Current Australian Driver Licence.
- White Card.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- Experience in tree planting, landscaping or local government maintenance.
