Join TWE at a pivotal time as we reshape the future of Finance.
In this high-impact leadership role, you'll drive transformational initiatives that simplify processes, unlock efficiencies and deliver meaningful business value across our global operations.
- Lead strategic Finance transformation initiatives and programs.
- Drive process improvement, automation and simplification opportunities.
- Develop and track business cases, benefits and value realisation.
- Partner with Finance, Technology and business leaders to deliver outcomes.
- Support governance, decision-making and transformation reporting.
- Champion change adoption and continuous improvement across Finance.
About You
You're a commercially savvy transformation leader who thrives on solving complex problems and delivering sustainable change.
You bring strong stakeholder engagement skills, a continuous improvement mindset and a track record of leading business transformation in fast-paced environments.
- Significant experience in Finance, transformation or business improvement roles.
- Proven success delivering large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong financial, analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications; CA/CPA or project delivery credentials are highly regarded.
